Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy If you miss your appointment, or cancel it less than 24 hours in advance by phone and during business hours you will be charged a $25 fee for each service and therapy scheduled. We require a credit card to reserve any service or therapy. Gift Certificates have an Expiration Date of 3 months from the date of purchase, which means that the recipient needs to call and schedule the service(s) on the Gift Certificate before the expiration date. We cannot honor expired Gift Certificates. Call us if you need an extension before the Certificate expires. Please confirm with us before scheduling any service or Panchakarma Program.
